With 20 years of experience in production agriculture, Sarah brings both competency and compassion to her work in the agricultural industry. A strong background in ranching inspired her to create The Resilient Ranch Coach, a business devoted to helping land stewards build agricultural systems that are not only productive but also deeply fulfilling.

Sarah co-owns and operates Sweetheart Ranch on the mixed-grass prairies of South Dakota, modeling the principles she teaches. There, she and her family care for their livestock with intention while fostering a thriving ecosystem rooted in healthy soil.


For Sarah, farming and ranching is about more than crops and cattle- it’s about land, animals, and people, and the joy that comes from working in harmony with all three.
