This is a directory of independent soil health coaches that have completed our CREATE Coaching Program.
The Integrity Soils Fellowship is an invitation-only international network of extraordinary coaches, consultants and educators who have completed the intensive CREATE agroecological coaches training.
Each coach must meet our standards, ethics, and values before being invited to join. These coaches are independent, operating their own unique businesses separate from Integrity Soils. Each coach's approach and results are unique, based on different factors, such as a coach’s individual capacity, expertise and context.

Rachel has spent more than twenty years studying landscapes of the Mountain West on horseback while wiping her nose on her sleeve. As a result, she started Grounded Life Soil Consulting LLC to share her on-the-land experience of keen observation skills and deep ecological literacy to connect her clients to their ecosystem.

Emily's specialty is cropping systems and cattle grazing in an arid climate.
Emily is a seventh-generation cattle rancher and farmer on the Easter slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. She went to school for Environmental Science and Biology where she focused in ecosystems and how they function. She is passionate about helping other farmers and ranchers balance their ecosystems from the soil up.
