This is a directory of independent soil health coaches that have completed our CREATE Coaching Program.
The Integrity Soils Fellowship is an invitation-only international network of extraordinary coaches, consultants and educators who have completed the intensive CREATE agroecological coaches training.
Each coach must meet our standards, ethics, and values before being invited to join. These coaches are independent, operating their own unique businesses separate from Integrity Soils. Each coach's approach and results are unique, based on different factors, such as a coach’s individual capacity, expertise and context.

Kendall Wojcik has been fascinated by soils from a young age and pursued studies related to agroecological farming and ranching in her undergraduate degree. Today, soil health and issues related to rural community resilience are the focus of her career working for the Winnett ACES, a rancher led non-profit in central Montana. She received her M.S. in Land Resources and Environmental Science from Montana State University in 2021 and her work focused on soil carbon cycling on semiarid grasslands.
